I lived in Kelvin Manor for year, the most horrible decision I've ever taken. The network in the complex is non existent(nobody tells you about this, you'll be it up the day you move in) and the noise is 24/7, also reported on both this issues but wasted my time. The experience felt like that of a student accommodation, also when you move out they'll find the smallest thing to strip of your deposit. They stripped me R1300 and boasted about how it's the smallest they've ever taken. All I can say is try by all means not to rent with this agency, especially Kelvin Manor. I hope this info will help someone from making a bad decision
