On Numerous occasions I have been called by security while either not at the flat or sleeping that I am making noise, and i have reported that with Rudi previously, about 2 months ago my electricity was switched of because i was making a noise and i needed to pay R2000 fee, i called Rudi and Yash that never bothered to assist till eventually Rudi arranged a meeting where i advised that i was watching a moving with my Husband and has be been making noise as they say, why was i not called per per their own procedures, ultimately I did not pay the R2000, 2/3 weeks later, on a Tuesday i got an eviction notice claiming that i was making noise and therefore i needed to evacuate the building by 30/11/2020 - I was allegedly making noise at 2am when i was sleeping - again no one called me, NO electricity was cut as they cut your electricity when you make noise - i took the matter to the Tribunal, - after i did, they retracted the Eviction and never attended the meeting at the Tribunal - Yesterday i got a 60 days notice that they will not renew my lease based on? - This place is just Rudi and Yash's play ground where they do all they want regardless of how they affect the tenants
