Fighting so hard not to return deposit and insane electricity charges!!! 😡😡😡

I was renting In one of the pebblesone properties in Kelvin (Greenfield eco estate). The place is beautiful and quiet, the securities are very loving and helpful. The service was good until I moved out, the lady insepector was very rude, I was forced to wake up at 6:30 am on the 1st of Dec of which my last day was on the 30th of Nov for inspection which was suppose to be done before exit, I had to request to the place at 7am as I was told on that morning that if I don't come before 8am I will be charged R200 per hour until I arrive, yet before the final exit I went to the complex to confirm if anything is required from my end before I made the full exit since no one came for inspection until I moved out but I was n ot told anything until my last exit, I confronted the inspector lady about this issue and she kept blaming me about her inconvenience and irresponsibility instead of apologizing they still blamed me. While inspecting I was charged R1450 for painting and R350 for cleaning while the unit was in very good condition and the painting was very clean, which is bull****, that is **** in broad day light. Also note that the electricity is too much you will spend more then R1200 a month and you get 12 units for R100 😡😡😡. Communication was very bad and they are very rude.
