DO NOT RENT AT PEBBLESTONE PROPERTIES!!!!!

I loved this place when I moved in and I still rave about the facilities until the day I had to leave. The inspector came and then the problem started. The man charged me for wall paint which is not damaged and perfectly cleaned, 4 bathroom globes two of which were already dead when I moved in and the other 2 were dim, cupboard that was damaged by a leakage above my unit which I reported but never got assistance. Instead the leakage damaged my groceries and the top of my bar fridge. I was charged for not cleaning which I did and the floor had dusty footsteps from those helping me move out. The charge for everything totaled to R2 270 out of the R3 900 they must return to me. I am so glad I document everything, I took videos prior to the inspection to ensure I have proof of everything. What's interesting is both inspectors were raving about how well I take care of the place. As it is my email is not responded to and my calls aren't being answered. My heart is so heavy at this point. I thought I would be able to resolve the matter amongst ourselves but I realize I need to have a chat with my lawyer. I am disappointed because I had such a great relationship with them. Whatever you do please do not rent with them and if you already live there, document EVERYTHING and I mean everything. Take videos of yourself cleaning the place if you have to, be as petty as shooting the toilet, you will need it for when you move out trust me.
