Disgusting trashy place!

Let me tell y'all something. PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT THE BIG TREE ESTATE OR ANY OF THE PEBBLESTONE PROPERTIES. I'm talking from experience. These people will **** you your money in broad day light. When you move-out they charge you R1450 to repaint the apartment and that money is taken off your deposit, regardless of the fact that your apartment is squeaky clean. Management is even worse; rude and greedy. I do not know anyone that has ever gotten their full deposit when they've moved out. On top of that, electricity charges are ridiculous, you pay 3 times more than any other complex. R100 is 18 units. I can say more but it'll take so much time. I've got files on them. Proof everything! I'm waiting for some more info including convos and videos to expose these people and I will post it on all possible platforms.

I regret any of my family members moving there. What a joke my darling! these people should be arrested because this is bull****!
