Day light *******(Deposit)

I am only staying at bigtree estate because the place is closer to my work place. My overall experience has been not so great since I stayed here last year June. Now I decide to move out of 1 bedroom apartment to a studio apartment. They charged me R2200.00 for the paint, cleaning, a light bulp. And this amount will be deducted from my deposit which is R5800.00. The room doesn't even need painting but it's more like it is always what they do all the time when you move out even if the room is still in good condition. When you move in, they don't even tell you that we won't refund you your full amount. As you move in we have already charged you R1450.00 for painting and R350 for cleaning and R400.00 for cleaning the stove and R40 for the light bulp. So that you prepare yourself in advance. This is day light ******* and ****. This is sad, Jesus😭💔
