Cutting of water and lights

Switching off lights and water due to non payment of rent, explained to them that due to the lockdown payment won’t be made on time and they just said that is not their problem They expect the money to be paid otherwise lights and water will be cut off. This is ******* but of course they don’t care about that

I’ve been emailing and nothing has been said. Send a review but there was no response. Pebblestone/arxidia properties are the biggest bullies in real estate, they bully their tenants.
