Cutoff Electricity after Debit Order System proy

The worst property development group that ever existed, their debit order system failed to debit the rent, they stated they sent an email stating they have a debit system problem but we never reciprocate such an email. We communicated to them they we will pay the rent arrears in three parts,they decided to switch off our electricity. We paid the rent with additional funds to pay towards the arrears but when I returned from holidays they had switched off the electricity again, I sent multiple messages to their accounts department with no response. An arrogant individual by the name of Yash is the one with dealing with all this. Don’t make the mistake of staying here.
