BIG TREE ESTATE IS A REAL ****

After my experience with Big tree estate i have learnt to always read the reviews of a place.

Firstly , the complex is NOT in Northriding, it is in Cosmo city.

Secondly, the management is rude, unprofessional and has zero sense of clients service.

Thirdly, the maintenance of the apartment is quite poor this includes mold growing in their kitchen cupboards.

Fourthly, Monique and Yash must the biggest ************ i have ever come across and when it comes to actually addressing their errors they tend to ignore you.

Fifthly, Chris is not clued up at all when it comes to actually managing complaints and actioning maintenance .

I could honestly go on about the list of things wrong with this place. I am surprised that nobody has actually sued them for everything they have been putting their tenants though.
