Big tree estate

It's my first month and I'm already regretting moving here. I come back from work to a dark apartment, no lights and the meter box seems faulty because it rejects my electricity token number. I've reported it to security twice, emailed maintenance and no response. I hate it here, MY FOOD IS ROTTING, CANT IRON MY CLOTHES ALERT I'M IN DARKNESS. According to these other reviews here of the same estate, I better get my deposit back when my 6 months is up.
