worst rental agents I've come across, 0 professionalism. Monique & Yash are running it to the ground. they once switched off our geyser without warning claiming we owing rent. we sent proof of our debit orders going through every month, & they just sent someone to come switch it on again about an hour later. no admission of wrongness, no apology, no communication on their side. I suggest you stay far away from their "apartments" (Kelvin Manor & Greenfields Eco Estate) they are only nice when they want your money & for you to sign a lease, then they become disgustingly rude & nonchalant when you have a problem. sies!
