WORST MERCHANT SERVICES

Signing up as a merchant is bad news. Please stay away from my personal outlook. Some of the hello Peter messages on here are NOT real.

Please avoid this company with all due respect from my personal experience and opinion.

They request documents at the last minute when they are about to settle you.

They will cause a long delay before they release funds into your bank account. Possibly you may even just get frustrated and cancel it.

The documents requested on creation of the merchant account are normal but 2 weeks later, ON THE DAY of the settlement. They start requesting proof of reseller licensing and proof of delivery of the goods before they make any attempt to settle you.

AFTER providing them proof, they started requesting unnecessary proof that the person did receive it. The tracking code can even prove the parcel was already collected. This company seems to hold back your funds for a long time.

Highly unsatisfied. Over and above the bad experience I received the slowest responses from the peach payments team.

Once they transfer your calls, it eventually gets cut to prevent you from questioning their risk team.

Please avoid this company as per my recommendations and I have further incurred costs by my supplier due to Peach Payments appearing to take peoples money without releasing on time.
