Tardy employees that never get back to you

This place is very unprofessional and doesn't seem to want clients. Twice in the space of 3 months have a app**** through their form, then a representative would contact me and ask me some info and NEVER get back to me. You don't need a month even to contact someone, you shouldn't even take 24 hours intact to call someone back or respond to an email but of they don't get pressured they wouldn't even do their jobs and look at the applications. They did me such a massive favour by being so tardy with their work because most of us professional clients see this kind of thing as a prelude as to what kind of ongoing service we can expect from these kinds of businesses after signing with them.

I don't think most companies realise that it was never the big corporations that made them big but rather the backs of many small entrepreneurs who have the potential of both being a big company soon and recommending the service providers to other companies.

So in summary: they have an application form but it's useless because they never actually get back to you and they don't respond to their emails and their representatives are not interested in communicating with clients. Thanks peach payments for making this clear before I signed on so I wouldn't have the worst experience working with you after the fact.
