Waste of time.

I urge people to avoid using this platform.

If my money is not in by tomorrow I am laying a charge at the police station and escalating it further

Prom here. I did follow up with my team & they had advised that we had refunded the merchant. You would need to follow up with them with regards to receiving your refund.
