Money just disappeared
As an end user Zero stars….
Be careful using this service as a payment method. My money disappeared into thin air.
My experience: - Paid for an online purchase using Peach Payments - the transaction “Failed” - The funds came off my bank account anyway - I followed up with the supplier for days, but they never received the funds. - The bank can’t do anything because I accepted the transaction - Opened a ticket with Peach Payments… they needed proof of payment.
Sent
Nothing.
They blamed Absa. - Absa hasn’t responded yet .
Is it worth taking the chance again? Almost R1000 gone. Nope.
