Missing payment
I had to pay my daughters school fees via Peach payments. I received a link from them and paid the amount due.My money did not reach the school. It keeps saying that my payment failed. I keep getting links to ask for payment as my account is still outstanding. I sent proof of payment and my bank statement to the school. Tried to explain to the customer service representative at Peach Payments and I was just told sorry, take it up with the school. My money is missing and my child can't get access to her school on the 17th because of this.

I can't get into too many specifics in this reply because of the POPIA Act (sharing personal information publicly) and the fact that your business relationship is with Teneo. However, we want to help clear up any confusion as soon as possible and make sure you and Teneo are communicating.
