IMPROVE
I love Peach Payments, but I am giving it a negative review and leaving it for PayFast for the following.
1. When you first register as a merchant, they respond AFTER A MONTH!
2. Peach payments IS NOT USER FRIENDLY!:
- When you login in as a merchant, you first need to search for that console URL, why is the login option for merchants not easily accessible on your website?
- Their dashboard is limited. On the merchant dashboard, there's ONLY transactions, really?
Others like PayFast and Paystack have a dashboard loaded with features. For example, you can create subscripions, add other businesses, and other features convinient for a merchant.
With Peach Payments, everything is in a separate place - you have to email support first (a long, boring task(
- On the frontend of Woocommerce, the Peach Payments option looks dull, it is better on Shopify.
- Running a subscripion business with Peach Payments is a long and impossible task.
I love Peach Payments and the great service but unfortunately, we have to switch to another place because your platform is not user friendly at all!
