Great for big business, not so much for the little guys

I was excited to try them out with one of my stores. Things seemed to be going well, but the subpar service started when they froze my payment without explanation. No request for supporting documentation, nothing. I first followed up with Sithi, who said my account was under review but could not provide further details or a timeframe. A week later, I followed up with Pearl, who only told me there was an issue with my website but did not bother to let me know how to rectify it. I am unhappy with the communication as I have to be the one to follow up. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. Do better Peach.
