Gets the job done.

We've been with Peach for a while now, and while we had a little bit of a rough start with some delays, that may have had more to do with our acquiring bank than with them; getting authorised for MOTO is just a complicated beast in general. What I appreciate most about the Peach team is that they will stick with it until every problem is resolved. Pierre and Mohammed have both been very diligent on our most recent issue.

I see also that they keep making improvements to make things more user-friendly for small businesses - it's not like we have a full-time web design & e-commerce expert at our disposal - and they take our suggestions seriously.

All in all, it hasn't been perfect out of the box, but they seem committed to each and every merchant. I've never felt that we are just a number to them, like it sometimes is with some of the larger processors. And I have never had to worry about mysterious & recurring payment failures that you can't get a straight explanation for, like we had with our previous provider - there is always an answer and a fix in the pipeline.
