Duplicate payment without any feedback

I have ordered shoes from Crocs, the payment went through twice. After contacting them, the response were that they only receive one payment and the main issue is Peach Payments. Crocs send me confirmation on the payment received.

There is no contact detail for Peach Payments on their website, no way that I can get hold of them.

Please do now use Peach Payments as they take your money without any feedback or assistance.
