Consultants don't care to respond and help clients

Pathetic support service. Its taking weeks to get my account set up as a merchant. A consultant named gosego was helping me at first and she just completely stopped communication. Days later I get an email from Eunicia who takes days to follow up on anything with me. This is very frustrating and I'm about to cancel and just use another payment gateway. As I've read previous reviews I can see that clearly this company isn't interested in their clients.
