Worst internet service provider.

The worst service provider in this day and age where internet is the basic nessecity. Not sure why and what process has been followed to let them install the fiber line in my complex where every one is bound to have their internet connection from them. Most of the times we having poor and slow/no Internet. We have a 20mbps line with them and yet we have spinners appearing frequently with Netflix or YouTube videos on TV. But when you test it with speed test the test comes with 20mbps...however you can't even share pics at the same time on WhatsApp...really disappointed with the service from the team as well
