Appalling Service

I'm appalled they even get one star. They don't deserve one. Absolutely no accountability for the "service" they're supposed to give us. I was told by their manager technician Quinton that they are not responsible for the WiFi range or the speed (even though we get charged based on the speed they give us access to monthly) and their ONLY responsibility is the GPON connected to the wall. I cannot access WiFi four steps from my router (I counted in the presence of their technician). I was instead told to buy a new router that they will NOT be responsible for either. Disappointed is a complete understatement given I rely on stable connection for work. If you can help it - DO NOT go for PCManiacs.
