Terrible service

I read through many of the revies on hellopeter with regards to this company and i have the same experience. I recently tried to purchase a product through a site called Smart Home Studio. They use Paystack as their payment gateway. The transaction went through and when I tried to contact the supplier, he could not be reached on any of the channels advertised on his website. I contacted Paystack and they were also full of empty promises and gave replies completely out of context. Now all of a sudden they find excuses not to refund me and those excuses are similar to the ones others have posted about them. I learnt my lesson. I will never do a transaction through paystack ever again.
