Terrible Payout Experience

There is no half star available to use as a measure of my review.

Have been using Paystack for almost 3 years until now. Without warning and for no reason at all they decided to review our account and withhold our payouts.

Our payouts are stuck with them and we were forced to tell our customers we cannot serve them.

Paystack refuses to speedily resolve the matter despite ongoing communication with their customer support for a week and them promising to resolve the matter in 24hrs. They disappeared and our cash is stuck with them.

While we go under with our customers they are laxed on the matter.

Sad part is these are actual businesses with people that have actual livelihoods dependent on the money they make from their business.

If it carries on like this our business comes to an end.
