Poor Verification Management of Paystack and withholding funds.

I have recently started a new business and I had to choose card payment gateway providers, I decided to make use of Paystack. The online shop started and I have recently managed to start getting sales in. 2 of which was through Paystack. Now I have been informed that the account is on hold because they have to verify details. I have been registered for 2 month, but when they need to pay money they have of my customers, now they have a problem to pay. I find this unprofessional and poor service. Startup businesses do not have the luxury of getting its funds withheld for the poor way of how Paystack are managing their affairs and verifications. My site is www.eco-terrasprout.com. I will not recommend this payment gateway to anyone. Now I will use my funds to pay for my customer orders, and I am sure I will never see that money from Paystack. Very poor!
