Paystack refuse to pay

I recieved payment on my e-commerce website. The money is lying with paystack. Paystack refuse to pay unless I can provide proof on a company letterhead from my suppliers. In the mean time my customer can't get the stock as the funds is not available. I have removed them from my website and rather use an alternative more reliable payment gate. Be aware of them
