Paystack payouts issue

Paystack is not taking our business seriously, I have been sending emails about my payouts I have sent them all the details that they needed for them to process the payouts and review my account it’s been days they are not replaying to me they not giving me any update it’s gonna be 1 month now waiting for my payouts, Paystack is really not a good platform to inter-grate it with your business , I even asked to reverse the funds to into source if they want with my money This shouldn’t take long to process also the real issue that they not giving me any update or reply to my emails
