Paystack follows up on every email to support or ticket - No chasing anyone around

When you don't get to chase anyone around for feedback, response, answers and follow-up on your support ticket, then you know you are in the right place. After 6 years of excellent service, I recently opened a ticket about reactivating one of my less active accounts, but is intriguing is that, the support team follows up every mail, every ticket and without chasing anyone around, they send you update and hence keep me in the know.

I have no issues whatsoever, and they pay on the second day as they promised.
