Paystack
On 18 February 2024, I have placed an online order at ROYAL THREADS, South Africa. The payment in the amount of R2 999.99 went off my account via Paystack. An email indicating that they had received my order was received. When I tried to check the email where I could track the order there was no option and could view where the order was. The 3 -8 days have passed and I haven't heard from or received any refund from PAYSTACK. Makhosonke Matsimbi from the so-called ROYAL THREADS responded that "one of our customer's packages is currently trapped at the courier's facility. But the courier company is unknown. From there, I have never heard or been informed of the details of the ETA or of the courier company that had to deliver the order or even have my refund. Beware of PAYSTACK and ROYAL THREADS. ****, ****, ****.
