Paystack - ****

I ordered goods worth 2080.00 from Pulse Avenue, i then sent an email to Paystack because i never got an order confirmation or anything and its now 7 days while they promised delivery within 2-5 days. I wrote an email to paystack and no response up to now, Now i see i have been ****med but reading the reviews here i see paystack will not help me in anyway as they have previously directed people to their banks while they interact with the merchant directly and even paying them monies for services not rendered, if they say they vet merchants why cant they hold them accountable, i agree with a review that says they help ****mers to de***** people. Businesses like theirs when a customer complain they go after the merchant to either deliver the goods or refund the ciustomer, i am never trusting them again they only after their own interests while ignoring ethics and compliance. which is a shame
