Payout Hold on my account

It's just a nightmare working with this company.

I recently received payment on Paystack for some order made on my website but till now I cant get the payout. I have been asked to share all the relevant documents showing the transaction was solid and the products reached the customer. I have shared all the documents. The waybill slips, ETR receipts, evidence of the transaction with the customers. I have shared my business website, my Google business account. Everything which can be shared to proof that my business Is legit has been shared. I wonder is it fair for me to loose my money because of all this. I have really done a lot to ensure my business Is where it is, paid my suppliers with my own money hoping paystack would pay me back but all I am getting are stories of please do this and d that and we will review and get you your money. This is just so frustrating. I partnered with Paystack for business not to be stressed like this. Please kindly help me to solve this issue as I am loosing so much money because of this. In the meantime one of the paystack reps has emailed me telling me to stop transactions with them first as they work to resolve everything. I need my money as I have done a lot to ensure I earn this.
