PAY BUT DOONT RECEIVED GOOD ON BLACK FRIDAY SALES & PAYSTACK

I have ordered and paid a smart watch on Black Friday (Buy One - Get one free) for R742.00. I have made payment through Paystack on the 14th of November I have been to my bank to sort this out, but as I did not get an order number or reference, they could not help me. I have contacted Paystack numerous times, and they just do not respond. CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY, AS I NEVER RECEIVED THE GOODS.
