No Support Feedback

I opened an account with Paystack to process payments on my website a year ago with no hassles - I chose them cause of their easy api and good documentation - being a developer and writing it myself I would have recommended them - I then launched a second website this year and requested another account - beginning of September - after a few days they rep**** that I needed to submit additional documentation - which I promptly did - since then I have been following up bi-weekly and no response - not a single email - I also emailed their review and support email addresses but I guess their AI had now classified me as a spammer. It's now been 5 weeks, I've given up
