Garbage company

I took a lot of time, many hours, to very carefully and meticulously craft a professional email to send to the ***** department of Paystack, with the email including heaps of proof and concrete evidence of a website using Paystack to ***** money from unsuspecting people thinking they're ordering real products from a **** website pretending to be a store amd only pretending to sell products but not really sending/sjipping anything. And I was one of those unfortunate victims wjo fell for the **** site. And guess what? All they told me about my transaction was "the money went went through and reflected properly" which is just another way of them saying "we provided the payment service, if you were ****med it is not our problem, so get lost". They wouldn't even take my email seriously, read everything fully, and investigate the ***** like they're required to buy law! That is clear as day! And then they should have suspended the *****ster abusing the Paystack system and refundd the ****** fins, but no! I am speechless, I cannot fathom that this company would not properly investigate this merchant for ***** of which I have a LOT of proof! Absolutely pathetic ocmpany! Thanks to you I lost over $ 5650 that I will never get back!
