Funds Held Since December – No Resolution, No Communication

My experience with Paystack has been extremely disappointing.

My account was placed on hold for review in December, and since then I have been unable to access my funds. I promptly submitted all the documents requested for verification and compliance purposes, yet months later I am still waiting for a resolution.

Over this period, I have sent more than 10 emails, made several phone calls, and contacted support through the chat system multiple times. Every interaction follows the same pattern: I receive an apology and a promise that someone will get back to me, but no meaningful action is taken and no updates are provided.

What is most frustrating is not only the delay, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. Businesses rely on timely access to their funds, and being left in limbo for months without answers is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Paystack. I hope this review encourages the company to address outstanding cases more seriously and improve its customer support processes.
