I will not recommend this payment gateway because why are they keeping my funds while I need them for my business now I’m stuck, I will write a review everyday until they give me back my funds

02 Apr 2026, 16:36Hi Mellow, We understand your frustration, however the funds on your account cannot be released at this time as they are reserved to cover multiple chargebacks raised by your customers for transactions where value was reported as not received. When chargebacks are initiated, the funds are reversed by the bank and we are required, in line with card network rules, to hold available funds to cover these disputes as the payment processor becomes liable. This is a standard industry requirement and not unique to Paystack.
