Don't use Paystack
I recently made a purchase via Green World Shop (https://greenworldshop.co.za/) I received an email confirming payment, and received no communication or tracking from them. I contacted Paystack to request a refund, and they're really unhelpful and pretty useless. Their responses feel so automated and they don't seem to see the problem. They're really useless with replying their emails too, you only get a response at most once a day. It should be as easy as them issuing the refund and yet I'm still here struggling. If you see PAYSTACK as the paygate, RUN

However, in your case, we are unable to make a refund for your payment as the funds have already been sent to the merchant. Your bank is in a better position to help recover the funds spent on this purchase. Kindly reach out to your bank to dispute this transaction so they can assist to get the funds back from the merchant.
