3 weeks later they are still not releasing a payout

We recently started using Paystsack as one of the payment options for our online store. However, after just 4 orders received, Paystack contacted us to let us know that they would be reviewing our business, therefore, all payouts were put on hold until we provided requested documentation including customer's proof of delivery which we provided.

We are now in the third week of requesting for a payout, they do not respond to emails or Telephone despite providing them with all proof of deliveries.

We are so frustrated and feel like we are being ****med. Anyone else facing a similar situation, please let us know how your situation was resolved.

We are seriously considering taking legal action against them.
