You guys don't care about customers service at all

I purchased shoes from Cross trainer through you guys a month ago but still don't have the shoes and I emailed you guys and I was told. You have no business in it I should talk to Cross Trainer which I've been doing but came collection date you tried debit from me. Why debit cos I told you guys what happened now my credit score will be affected because of this. You don't care about customers at all and I'm really hurt by this, as long as you collect money you're good
