WORST WORST WORST option to go with

The WORST ever experience. PLEASE do not entertain these people further, try any other option than going this route. They are useless, their client service are useless and they do not even try to help you when you have a problem. I had a new bank card, but for some or other reason I struggled to get the card uploaded to make a final payment. I sent them 18 emails, yes 18!!! They just came back with the same response, like a damn robot. Late fees were added, my profile was changed - because of 1 late payment, which was not my fault. I even went and got a NEW BANK card, at extra cost, just to make this one payment. They have NO REGARD for you as client. NONE. And the worst of all, it was just one month late, not 2 or 3 months, ONE MONTH! And I tried everything in that month to get my card sorted out - continuously emailed them to advise and to BEG for another payment option to settle this one premium. THEY ONLY HAVE CARD OPTIONS, guys, go anywhere other than this pathetic provider!! Do yourself a favour.
