WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

This concept is good but as a first time user, what an awful experience. They need to ask their consultants to me more user friendly. I spoke to Siyamthanda and with the non-help I got it left me frustrated and annoyed. This person gave me attitude and got my name wrong. What type of customer service is this?? All I wanted was assistance on how to use them as the payment was not going through at checkout but WOW!
