Worst Service

I liked this company but it seems that ever since it changed to this disturbing green color, their customer service quality went down the drain. Today to my surprise, I saw that they debited my card clearly way before the debit date with is the 25th. I called for clarity and was met with the longest wait with an annoying robotic voice telling about some chat box on the app. I got annoyed with the broken record telling me to use the chat on the app that I hung up and started the chat. No one came to chat with me. You put my account at a minus and I want clarity.
