Worst experience ever

If I could score PayJustNow -10 for merchant support and extremely poor customer service, I would. As a merchant, our customers have been having issues with paying using this platform. As a merchant we are losing sales due to this *********** system. As a merchant there is no telephone line to call to speak to an agent regarding our issue with the system. I called on the customer line, an agent tried to buy on our website, and he also could not buy using their own platform so please tell me how are customers supposed to buy and us merchants get sales. This is the worst platform ever. I hate it that their merchant support for is extremely poor. I hate it. PayjustNow you need to do better especially for the merchants so that we also get a line to call on so as to get help soonest possible.
