WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM THESE ****S/****MERS

This is a big ****, i joined and even though i had a good credit score, no debt review or outstanding payments they did not give me a wallet limit completely making the reason for joining (3 month installment period) pointless. I contacted customer support where i received automated answers telling me I need to check my credit score and requesting documents to no avail. My credit score was well and the documents that were submitted were valid yet they came with the same redundant answer telling me there is an error on my my end. This company has no sense of accountability for their bad operation and it seems like real people do not exist as i did not receive proper communication regarding what was wrong on THEIR END. They are completely and utterly useless and make false advertising that appeals to a huge crowd only to join and find out there is R0 in your wallet limit and you might as well have made the payment out of pocket. DO NOT RECCOMEND PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THEM AS THEY LIE AND GIVE REDUNDANT ANSWERS THAT BRING YOU NO CLOSER TO THE SOLUTION . ALSO THEIR WEBCHAT SERVICE DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY AND THEIR CALL CENTRE LIES, AND THEIR EMAIL SERVICE DOES NOT GIVE HELPFUL FEEDBACK AT ALL, IF YOU WANT TO JOIN AND HAVE A PROBLEM YOU DO NEED TO BE HAPPY WITH SPEAKING TO A WALL, A WALL THAT WAS NOT PROPERLY BUILT AND THAT IS CRUMBLING.
