Worst customer service

Your customer service is so bad shem, for the money to be transferred from my wallet to my bank account is taking forever, I called on the 22nd of December and spoke to a gentleman that told me to take a picture on app then after doing that he will send me the form to add my banking details, I took the picture, verified everything then waited for the form that was never sent to me, I then call on Wednesday the 27th and spoke to a lady that sent me a form in which I returned same day but till today nothing has been done nxag
