Withdrawal from Wallet does not work and don't expect a response

I have been sent emails, used the chat option and called, and there has been no response to my query regarding the withdrawal function on their app and the website is not working. I have called on numerous occasions, only to get a voice-over to use the chat and email functions.- How do you have chat functionality and a line to call, and one cannot get through and for weeks? I also see that you closed my query online ticket #*** without any response or resolution. I would warn any customers to be sure they are not using PayJustNow refund options, as it seems that they prefer for these funds to sit in a wallet and clearly in their bank accounts and that we give up as consumers given that they dont respond to the options they provide to speak to them
