***** with my name + ID number on PAYJUSTNOW

Terrible app + customer service. No communication and feedback whatsoever. You're on your own. They let someone use my IDnumber who bought something under my name, paid twice and missed the last payment. I sent my picture, holding my ID + the affidavit like they asked for. They have been quiet since, no one is bothered BUT they were quick to send me to debt collectors EVEN THOUGH I have provided the documentation they has requested for. Poor service. Garbage. I had never created a profile before, I had just heard about Payjustnow a few months ago. Not knowing that my name was already in their records because they let someone else use my ID number in 2022. Bought from a store I don't even know of. The contact details that were on there were not even mine. They're quiet, no one is updating me with the supposed "investigation". SINCE 16 Aug still nothing! NO ONE is saying anything. What a disgrace. I followed up on 29 Aug with the two references they gave me - #*** and #*** and STILL TO DATE NO ONE HAS REP****. Good luck to people who use this app. Your IDnumbers could be used for *****ulent behaviors. It's only a matter of time. I don't even understand how anyone could have been allowed to proceed with signing up with my profile. They don't want to take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY for allowing this to happen.
