Wallet withdrawal not paid

Thee WORST service Ever!!! I have been asking for my R517.68 withdrawal done from the wallet since 24th December 2025, still no money in my account to date. I have sent email with bank statements as they have requested on their chats and email, but after sending i get no response. The fact that they all of a sudden cannot answer calls and can only communicate via chat or email, is very suspicious. I don't trust this company anymore. 90% of UNHAPPY customers is a big red flag. I would not recommend this to anyone, EVER!!!!!! Please pay my money back.
