Wallet Refund Not Processed Sitting Without Electricity

I did a wallet withdrawal last week. I was asked for bank details sent it through the same day its almost a week later and I have not been refunded checked my accoubt and the withdrawl was reversed but now the system doesn't allow me to withdraw my own money.
